Shipping Policy

COVID-19 Delay: Due to the virus, our fulfillment of orders are slower than normal. You can expect anywhere from 12 hours to 5 day delay. Once shipped, USPS & UPS have longer shipping times. We can’t be precise but we have had anywhere from normal shipping times to 3 week delay for domestic orders. International orders have ranged from normal shipping times to 1.5 months, this includes Canada and Mexico.

We know you want your new TILT stuff bad. Orders ship every day around 3pm EST Monday through Friday. We have found this is the best way to make sure we provide solid customer service and constantly design new goods to send your way. A tracking number is emailed as soon as orders ship. Contact us if you believe there has been a problem with your order.

Shipping Policy

TILT accepts orders online 24 hours-a-day, seven (7) days a week. Orders processed on will be processed (pending credit card approval) and shipped from our Michigan distribution center. Orders with Standard Shipping will be shipped via either UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS First Class Mail. Orders Shipped via 2-Day Delivery will be shipped either UPS Ground, UPS Second Day Air, USPS Priority Mail Express, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS First Class Mail. TILT reserves the right to select method of delivery on all orders using provided estimated delivery dates from either UPS or USPS.

Orders normally ship within one business day. If product selected is not currently available or if additional identification is required for credit card verification, TILT Customer Service will contact you.

TILT does not currently process orders over the weekend and holidays. Orders shipped USPS may arrive on Saturday (post office discretion), but all other methods of delivery do not offer delivery on Saturday or Sunday.

International orders (including Canada) are subject to duties, customs, brokerage fees and value added taxes in which TILT does not calculate at the time of your purchase within the shopping cart. You are in fact the “Importer of record” when you order products from TILT and therefore these charges MUST be paid, by you, upon receipt of the invoice by the shipper. In some cases, the invoice from the carrier may arrive up to eight (8) weeks after your order arrives. Be sure to verify the additional cost you may incur with the authorities of the country the order is being shipped to.

If you decide to refuse any shipments from, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to TILT.
