Return Policy

You can return your brand new goods within 30 days for a refund except for apparel. The return must be postmarked within those 30 days. Brand new means:

  • All parts must be new, unused, and include original packaging in new condition
  • All apparel can not be returned

You can return scooter parts that are in like new condition within 30 days for store credit. The return must be postmarked within those 30 days. Like new means:

  • All parts must include all hardware and packaging. Parts must be un-ridden and only show slight signs of assembly.

USA Returns

Please email sales@tiltscooters.com to start your return process. If the return is because of a Tilt issue, shipping is free. If the item needs returned because the wrong item was ordered or the customer no longer wants the item, the customer is responsible for shipping fees.

Canada and Mexico Returns

Please return orders to the address below. The customer is responsible for shipping.

SND Returns

All products sold as SND (scratch and dent) in our Factory Sale are final. We do not accept returns for these products. They also do not come with a warranty.

    Additional Terms and Conditions

    Returns will be refunded to the original credit card that was used for your purchase. Please allow 14 to 18 days for us to process the credit to your card. It may take up to two (2) or three (3) billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. 

    Store credit will be provided to the original creditor by email on file by gift card number and pin. Store credit cannot be transferred to another person. Store credit can only be used online on the website. Tilt is not responsible for lost or stolen store credit. Purchase amounts that exceed the amount of store credit will require an additional method of payment. Store credit must be used within 90 days of crediting. After 90 days, the store credit is void.

    Refunds and store credits are processed based on applicable product and tax charges. Original shipping charges are not credited. If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong order, or if you received damaged or problem items, we will credit shipping charges.

    Exchanges are not currently offered. If you need to exchange an item for size or color, the most efficient method is for you to return the original item explained under our Return policy, and then place a new order. This will guarantee that you get the product you want as quickly as possible.
